We commit to conducting a policy paper to explain, deliberate an argument by data and scientific approach, and deliver a recommendation in a specific corruption case –specifically a current issue people need. In the policy paper, we provide internal explanations to stakeholders about regulation, strategic moves, budget allocation, and human resource allocation to a specific case. Furthermore, we deliver external explanations to stakeholders about relations with societies, other stakeholders or institutions (business corporations, low to top governments, civil society organisations), and the evaluation process.

Amicus Curiae

Furthermore, it is supported by a legal argument comprehensively with normative (positive law); sociologist (living law); and philosophy (intent of the law).
