Abstract
The case of Joko Driyono, ex-chairman of PSSI (Persatuan Sepak Bola Indonesia/Football Association of Indonesia), who was convicted of corruption in 2019. The captured because the police of Indonesia established a task force to eradicate the corruption of ‘football mafia’ in Indonesia. However, this task force did not effective, yet. With a social-legal analysis to look at the institution, culture, and regulation of Indonesia football. I will research all cases of football mafia, especially bribe to referee and players for match-fixing, by using the methods of a literature study to search past cases and in-depth interviews with referees, players, the organiser of league competition, the task force, the PSSI, and stakeholders in Indonesia football. Then, analysis of Acts about Indonesia football that regulate all stakeholders. To conclude, produces a comprehensive analysis of the condition football mafia in Indonesia. Besides, to transform a whole part of football Indonesia, from institutions of the PSSI, the organiser of league competition, football clubs, and football players too.
