From the fourth object of research and the depth interview, then to analyse with principles of good governance, especially accountability and transparency. With the results: first, a political will for renewable energy in transportation public policy; second, an ideal scheme for procurement; and third, an ideal scheme for monitoring renewable energy in public transportation.
